Ja, mich gibt's noch - Yes, I'm still here

Ja, micht gibt's noch - auch wenn ich gerade auf dem Blog sehr ruhig bin :)!

Yes, I'm still here, even if I am very quiet and have not written for some time :)!

Ich stricke und schreibe - und will die Anleitung noch vor meinem Urlaub nächste Woche so weit fertig bekommen, dass sie in den Teststrick gehen kann.

Und - wer das obere Foto aufmerksam anguckt, hat es schon gesehen - ich habe zwei neue Katzen! Patty auf dem Bild ist eine davon, und Tommy auf dem unteren Bild ist der zweite!

I'm knitting and I'm writing - and I want the pattern's 1st edition get finished by next week, so that my test knitters can work on it during my holidays.

And - maybe you have alreay seen it on the first photo - I have got two new kitties! Patty is on the first pictuire, and this is Tommy!

Beide sind echte Tierschutzkatzen - und wir haben eine ziemlich aufregende Kennenlernzeit miteinander!

Both are real animal welfare adoptions - and we all have a rather exciting time to get to know each other!

Ach, ich könnte stundenlang erzählen - aber dann fehlt mir die Zeit für die neue Anleitung :)!
Nur ganz kurz - Patty kam mit 11 kg zu mir (!!!!) - sie hat im Tierheim nichts anderes gemacht, als die Näpfe von 30 Katzen zu leeren ...

Mittlerweile ist sie runter auf 8,9 Kilos - und ihr tägliches Lauftraining findet sie ganz, ganz schrecklich :)!


I could talk about the two for hours - but then this time is missing on working on the new pattern :)!
Just a few words: Patty arrived with 11 (!!!!) kilos - it was her daily routine in the animal shelter to empty the food for 30 cats ...

Now she has reached 8.9 kilos - and she really hates her daily training :)!

Tommy ist ein ganz lieber Kater mit Nasenpolypen - immer, wenn er sich aufregt, schnauft er ganz heftig!
Und er war als erstes fast eine Woche weg - mit Hilfe von TASSO und Suchplakaten haben wir ihn wiedergefunden, und dann war Hausarrest angesagt .... das gefiel ihm auch nicht wirklich :)! 2 Wochen lang hat er jeden Tag 12 Stunden lang gesungen - wir wollten ihn schon in Caruso umtaufen ...

Tommy is a real darling, but he has nose adenoids - when he is excited, he wheezes like a pug!
And he was gone for a week - we got him back with the help of TASSO and searching posters, and then house detention was scheduled .... he wasn't very happy about it :)! For two weeks he kept singing 12 hours a day - we already planned to rename him Caruso ...

Jetzt muss ich aber ganz schnell weitermachen hier - für heute steht noch ganz viel auf dem Plan!

But now I have to carry on here - there is still so much to do on my daily plan!
