Besuch vom Ribbelfrosch - Hello Mr. Froggy

Guckt er nicht triumphierend, mein Ribbelfrosch?
Ganze Arbeit hat er geleistet, ca. 50 g aus dem Gestrick wieder zu kleinen Knäulchen gewickelt!

He has done a good job, unraveling about 50 g of fabric to several small balls!

So weit war ich vor seinem Einsatz - als die Waage mir sagte, dass ich so garantiert nicht mit dem Material auskomme :)!




That's how much I had knitted before his turn came, when my scales told me that it would be impossible to finish the shawl with the material I have :)!

Dann kam er ....



Then he did his job ....

.... und hier konnte ich dann wieder ansetzen, mit schmaleren Streifen im Grundgarn.




.... and there I could start again, this time with smaller segments in main yarn.


Und da ich die nächsten Abschnitte schon geschrieben hatte, konnte ich sie auch komplett neu schreiben :).

I had already written down the next segments, so I could write them all over again as well :).



Und zwei Tage später bin ich dann wieder an der gleichen Stelle, nur kann ich diesmal sicher sein, dass ich (HOFFENTLICH!) mit dem Garn jetzt auskomme!


Two days later I am the the old position again, but this time I cane be sure (I HOPE SO!) that I can finish the shawl with the given material!
