Da waren's wieder 6 ---- Und suddenly there were 6 of them

Da hatte ich (fast) alle meine UFOs abgebaut bis auf dieses noch geheime Projekt für Helmstedt 2020 ....

I had finished (nearly) all UFOs but for this still secret project for Helmstedt 2020 ...

 

 

... für das ich erstmal wieder Wolle nachspinnen musste, da ich (natürlich!) mal wieder nicht auskam :).


... for which I had to spin some more yarn - I ran out of yarn (again!).

Da ich sowieso ein Nebenher-Projekt brauchte, bei dem ich nicht viel denken muss, habe ich dann den Shusui Shrug angefangen :), mit den wunderschönen Handfärbungen von Monika Wollhäschen.

As I needed a quite mindless side project, I started Shusui Shrug :), with beautiful hand-dyed yarn by Monika Wollhäschen.

Und dieser traumhafte Kammzug von Gesa Buttjebeyy, den musste ich unbedingt anspinne!

And this wonderful roving by Gesa Buttjebey, I really had to start spinning it!

Und dann kam dieses traumhafte Garn von Gesa an, warum nicht gleich mit einem Weihnachtsgeschenk für die Pferde-liebende Amelie anfangen?
Als Vorlage nutze ich Teile von  "If wishes were horses", mache aber keinen Poncho daraus, sondern einen Loop - und habe erstmal ein paar Stündchen rumgerechnet, bevor ich richtig anfangen konnte ...

And then this wonderful yarn by Gesa arrived, why not start my Christmas present for horse-loving Amelie now?
I use parts of the pattern "If wishes were horses", but it won't become a poncho but a long loop cowl - and so I had to calculate a few hours before starting ...

Oh, dann begann ja auch endlich der KAL für den kleinen Gnom, den ich zusammen mit Eva stricken wollte!
"Oh Gnome, you didn't" ist ein witziger Mystery-KAL in vielen kleinen Abschnitten, und das Kerlchen wird garantiert auch ein Weihnachtsgeschenk ...

Oh, and then the KAL for the little gnome started, that I had decided to knit together with Eva!
"Oh Gnome, you didn't"  is a funny Mystery Kal in several small segments, and the little gnome will certainly become a Christmas present as well ...

 

Tja, und dann zeigte mir Iman diesen aktuellen CAL - "Wrapped in Jamie" wird eine Decke, das sind die Teile 1 und 2 ...

Hmm, and then Iman showed me this current CAL -  "Wrapped in Jamie" will become a blanket, these are parts 1 and 2 ...

Bei Teil 1 hatte ich die "festen Maschen" wohl etwas zu wörtlich genommen :) - aber reine Wolle ist einfach ein traumhaftes Material, und es ließ sich tatsächlich ausspannen!
Bei Teil 3 bemühe ich mich jetzt, die festen Maschen lockerer zu häkeln :).

In German "sc" are called "tight stitches", and I seem to have taken this very literally in part 1 :) - pure wool is just a fantastic material, I could really block it out!
I try to crochet the sc more loosely now in part 3 :).

Und plötzlich waren es wieder 6 Projekte!

Und suddenly I had 6 projects again!

Wobei es ja eigentlich noch 2 Projekte mehr sind, denn diese beiden warten auch noch darauf, weitergestrickt zu werden :)!

It's  2 more projects actually, these 2 are still waiting for me to continue :)!

 

Nein, ich fang jetzt nicht noch ein neues Projekt an - wobei eine Idee schon um die Ecke schaut ...

No, I don't start another project now - but one idea is already lurking around the corner ...
