Zwischenstände - Sneak Peeks

So langsam wird's was - und ich denke, dass ich ab Montag wieder richtig arbeiten kann!
Mittlerweile kriege ich doch einiges mehr geregelt - hier ein kurzer Blick in mein kreatives Chaos!

Slowly but steadily - and I hope to be able to really work again next week!

Während die Mütze beim derzeitigen Wetter selbst in der Wohnung 3 Tage zum Trocknen gebraucht hat, habe ich Kinderhandschuhe dazu gestrickt - den zweiten bekomme ich heute fertig! So ganz ohne Ribbeln ging das auch nicht ab, der Handschuh war beim ersten Versuch zu kurz!

Tja, wofür so eine Schirmhaspel alles brauchbar ist :)!

It took 3 days for the hat to dry, even inside, German weather is just horrible! In the meantime I started to knit children's mittens, today I'll finish the second one. The mittens took me some frogging as well, the first try was too short.

And I found a new way to use my swift :)!

Und weil es gerade mal nicht regnet - Mäh-ry präsentiert den Baa-Ble Hat doch sehr angemessen :)!

It really did not rain a few minutes ago - so I can show you the finished hat. Isn't Mäh-ry the best mannequin for it :)?

Das Modell ist eigentlich für 4fach-Sockenwolle, aber ich mag es ja gerne etwas größer und breiter - und habe diesmal auch (hoffentlich!) genug Wolle, 285 g Zauberball und 300 g uni.


Zauberball 6ply and hand dyed by Angelika Rübezahli 6ply sock yarn will become this project. 

The pattern calls for 4ply sock yarn, but I like it larger and wieder - and I have enough yarn (I hope so!), 285 g o f Zauberball and 300 g of semisolid.



Nachdem mir der italienische Anschlag dann 3mal missglückt war, habe ich ihn mit Hilfsfaden gemacht - siehe da, der erste Versuch klappte :)!

For 3 times I tried to make the Italian cast-on without a contrasting yarn .... 
The first try with this help went right :)!

Und dann brachte der Postmann heute diese Versuchung!!!!!!!!
Handgefärbt von Petra Neumann, Teamplayer in semi-solid!!!!!
Ich weiß auch, was die werden sollen, und es reizt mich total, sofort anzuschlagen ....

Then the postman brought these beauties today, hand dyed Teamplayer yarn, by Petra Neumann!!!!!!!
I know what they will become, and I am so excited to start!!!!!

Aber erstmal muss ich jetzt hier weiter umräumen, morgen ist Stricktreff, und ich freu mich riesig darauf!
Luna guckt schon ganz skeptisch :)!

But first I have to go on rearranging my apartment, tomorrow we'll meet here for Stricktreff, I am so looking forward to meeting the girls!
