Arteko Mini Update

Zur Anleitung Arteko gibt es ein Mini-Update:

Ich habe einen zusätzlich erklärenden Satz ergänzt beim Handschmeichler, Seite 18, nach Zopf A:

Maschenaufnahme und Pause

Mit Pausengarn aus der Oberkante des Zopfes 30 Maschen aufnehmen (= jede 2. Reihe eine Masche aus der Kante aufnehmen), dabei darauf achten, dass die erste rechte Masche des Zopfes durchgängig zu sehen ist. Die Maschenaufnahme erfolgt nur am unteren Teil des Zopfes, der Rest des Zopfes bleibt frei. Linke Rückreihe stricken.

I made a mini update of the Arteko pattern:

I added an additional explanation in the instructions for the hand flatterer, page 18, after cable A:

Picking up stitches and pause

Take the yarn for pauses and pick up 30 stitches along the upper edge of the cable. Pick up 1 stitch for every 2 rows of the cable. Please take care to leave the knit stitch of the cable edge completely visible. Pick up 30 stitches only along the bottom part of the edge, the remaining cable stays free. Purl the wrong side row.

Das Update war notwendig, weil eine Strickerin diesen Absatz falsch verstanden hatte und Maschen über die gesamte Länge des Zopfes aufgenommen hatte - dadurch entstand kein Handschmeichler, sondern ein merkwürdig geformtes "Etwas" :).

I had to make this update because one knitter misunderstood the instructions and picked up stitches along the complete edge of the cable - this did not make the hand flatterer but a queer "something" :).

 "Mal eben" ein Update machen, das heißt:

• Deutsche Version ändern, speichern, als PDF speichern.
• Englische Version ändern, speichern, als PDF speichern.
• Änderungen dokumentieren.
• Beide neue Versionen in die Einzelanleitung hochladen, Mitteilung schreiben und versenden.
• Beide neue Versionen in das eBook Magische Maschen Mode hochladen, Mitteilung schreiben und versenden.
• Dateien im Google Drive Ordner austauschen.
• Für diejenigen, die die Anleitung nicht über Ravelry gekauft haben und deshalb keine Update-Mitteilung bekommen, die Änderungen hier auf dem Blog dokumentieren, damit sie  entsprechend ihre Anleitung ändern können.
• Macht: Knapp 3 Stunden ...

• Correcting the German version, storing it, storing it as PDF.
• Correcting the English version, storing it, storing it as PDF.
• Documenting the changes.
• Uploading both new PDFs to the single pattern, writing and sending update notice.
• Uploading both new PDFs to the Magische Maschen Mode e-Book, writing and sending update notice.
• Changing files in the Google Drive folder.
• Documenting the changes in the pattern on this blog for those who did not buy the pattern by Ravelry and will not get the update notice, so they can add the changes to their printouts.
