Helmstedt 2018?

Mit großer Bestürzung habe ich heute erfahren, dass Helmstedt 2018 wohl ausfallen wird - Petra hat einen schweren Krankheitsfall in der Familie ihrer Kinder und ist deshalb nicht in der Lage, die Organisation des großen Swing-Strick-Treffens zu übernehmen.

Sie schreibt:

heute muss ich euch leider eine traurige Mitteilung machen, ich werde das Treffen nächstes Jahr nicht organisieren können aus privaten Gründen. Wir haben einen schweren Krankheitsfall in der Familie meiner Kinder und ich werde gebraucht.
Sicher ich habt ihr Verständnis dafür.
Ich habe gerade mit dem Kloster telefoniert und das Treffen abgesagt, mit der Option falls sich jemand findet der die komplette Organisation und die Verantwortung trägt.
Das bedeutet die betreffende Person muss einen Vertrag unterschreiben vom Kloster, die Zimmereinteilung und Ws Einteilung muss gemacht werden, alle Rechnungen müssen geschrieben werden, und und und.
Das was ich anbieten könnte ist ETWAS unterstützend zu helfen, als Ansprechpartner, aber aus der Organisation bin ich raus…

Ansonsten sehen wir uns hoffentlich spätestens im Jahr 2019 wieder, der neue Termin wird noch bekannt gegeben.
