Weihnachtliche Zitterpartie - Christmassy nail-biter

Ich geb's ja zu, ich hab mit dem dritten Tierhocker ziemlich spät angefangen :) - wäre aber gut zu schaffen gewesen ...

So sieht er ja schon richtig fertig aus!

I admit I started quite late with the third animal stool :) - but I could have finished it easily ...

It looks quite finished!

 200 g weiße Wolle verarbeitet

500 g weiße Wolle verarbeitet, den Untergrund habe ich zur Vorsicht schon mit wollweiß gehäkelt

Also erstmal den Kopf gemacht - und da hier schon klar war, dass ich mit den 800 g weiß, die ich habe, nicht auskommen werde, Wolle nachbestellt und den Kopf aufwendiger gemacht als in der Anleitung.

100 g weiß auf wollweißem Untergrund weg ...

So I decided to do the head first - and as it was quite clear that my 800 g of white yarn wouldn't be enough, I already ordered new yarn and made the head a lot more elaborate than the pattern says.

Der fertige Kopf - fast 250 g weiße Wolle zu Luftmaschenschlaufen verhäkelt!

Ich hab dann gehofft, dass das restoliche weiße Garn für die Füßchen und das Schwänzchen reichen ...

The head is finished - nearly 250 g of white wool went into the chain-stitch locks!

I still hoped to finish the feet and the tail with the remaining yarn ...

2 Füße und das Schwänzchen hab ich dann geschafft!

Also hab ich das Schäfchen erst einmal zusammengesetzt - ich konnte aber nur den unteren, dunklen Teil des Kopfes annähen - der helle Teil kann erst genäht werden, wenn ich wieder weißes Garn dafür habe ...

So I started assembling the little sheep - okay, I could only sew the bottom,dark part of the head to the body - I will sew the light part when I have more white yarn ...

Tommy fand den flauschigen Kollegen äußerst spannend

Tommy was very interested in the fluffy fellow

So weit ist es jetzt, das halbgeschorene zweibeinige Schäfchen :)!
Und ich bibbere, dass die Wolle noch rechtzeitig zu Weihnachten ankommt, damit ich dann "mal eben" die restlichen Locken häkeln kann ... werden wohl noch ca. 300 g = 7 bis 8 Stunden Aufwand werden ...


That's how far I have come, the half-shorn 2-legged sheepy :)!
And I'm jittering for the missing yarn to arrive in time for Christmas, about 300 g more to crochet into locks, that's about 7 to 8 hours ...
