Linda is not offended, and so aren't we!

Derweil haben wir am letzten Donnerstag den neuen großen Pool aufgebaut --- die Gebrauchsanweisung sagt "halbe Stunde" - haha, 3 Stunden mit 3 Erwachsenen!

Meanwhile we have built the large new pool ---- the instructions say "half an hour" - haha, 3 hours with 3 adults!

Nachdem der Schlauch 2 Stunden lang Wasser eingefüllt hatte, der erste glückliche Test

The water had been running for 2 hours, then the first happy test

... und dann die große Enttäuschung - die Plane ist irgendwo undicht, unter dem Pool sammelt sich mächtig viel Wasser!
War wohl nichts mit Schwimmfest an Pfingsten!

... then the huge disappointment - the tarp must have a leak somewhere, there is a lot of water collecting underneath the pool!
That was the end of our plans of swimming on the Pentecost weekend!

Jetzt warten wir, dass uns im Laufe dieser Woche eine neue Plane zugeschickt wird - die Frau an der Hotline war sehr freundlich ...

Und dann: den kompletten Pool wieder auseinander nehmen und dann mit neuer Plane wieder neu aufbauen ....



Now we are waiting for the new tarp to arrive, we hope to get it within this week - the hotline lady was very friendly ...

And then we have to dissemble the pool completely and then assemble it again with the new tarp ....

Bijou geht es einigermaßen - sie frisst wieder, rennt aber ganz viel suchend und rufend herum, wenn sie nicht abgelenkt wird ...

Bijou is more or less well - she does feed again, but she runs about searching and calling for hours if she is not distracted ...
